" Ms. Brenda Reuland sold a house for Kathleen Morris in Hurst, Texas. The property had a reverse mortgage and problems with the title. It also required two wills to be probated and a payout to two heirs. When a buyer was identified by Ms. Reuland, the challenge began of navigating all the legal and administrative wickets to get the house sold before the expiration of the buyer’s financing.
